CBMU has been established by it’s co-founders for many years as more of a philosophic way of life way before it was shaped into our business. We’ve since amended our name to encompass the future progress of our business ventures, all whilst carrying the same philosophy into the business model. Vince Baskeville, Eric Cherry, Chris Baskerville and Darnell Morgan are not only the co-founders, but also the heart of the company as a whole; nonetheless we are still surrounded by a great and talented staff we can also call family. Together we believe in putting every ounce of energy we have into whatever we touch.

Vince Baskerville

Vince is one of the Co-Founders.
His background began with designing & developing various small programs alongside editing assorted videos for the past 10+ years. In addition to his self-learned knowledge, he has received his formal education from Full Sail University where he attained his A.S. in Digital Art & Design. He is an experienced and ever evolving Digital Media Specialist in which his analytical and design prowess has made him stand out amongst the herd; whether it was for the US NAVY (during his enlistment tour in Japan) or for your upcoming project. Vince has always been very tenacious about always giving the client a great product. This is a result of his pure passion and hunger for for the enthralling world of Digital Art & Design.

Eric Cherry

Eric is one of the Co-Founders.
AKA The Sandman, he is also one of our upcoming Podcast Personalities who will be discussing events in the sports world. Eric is a talented athlete who enjoys playing and talking about all sports. He is very knowledgeable on the assorted combination’s of sport and wants to share his opinion as well as listen to the opinions of others. He also has the ability to connect with people from all walks of life making him an excellent source for networking and giving him the ability to stay in touch with the general public. Eric loves to share his insight and prides himself on having an interest in the views of others. He is very excited about the new podcast that will be airing very soon so be on the look out for him.

Darnell Morgan

Darnell is one of the Co-Founders.
Darnell is a forthcoming video producer who is currently continuing his academic education to refine his skills in the fields of video production, editing & photography. He is a skillful athlete as well who has been involved with many basketball communities around his location. He also has an uncanny ability to connect with people regardless of their profession or status, which helps aid in networking ability. Darnell is looking forward with soaring enthusiasm to unleashing some of our future projects we have in our vault; however until then his lips are sealed.

Michael Moye

Michael is one of our Graphic Designers.
Michael is an upcoming and emerging Graphic Designer recently graduated from Central Connecticut State University. For as long as he can remember his passion has been art, from beginning at the Art League of New Britain, CT where he began cultivating his illustration skills to currently being proficient in logo and web design. Michael gives his best in providing unique and vitalizing ideas and has always been an advocate for originality in art which continues to be his motto as a Graphic Designer.

Brandon Baskerville

Brandon is one of our Junior Designers.
His background began with designing and drawing various illustrations since he was practically an infant. He excels at traditional arts via pencil illustrations, and when given a challenge he would always tackle the situation smoothly. In addition, when in competition amongst his colleagues he is always amongst the top. He began as his older brothers protégé by persistently watching as they drew before him and engrossed their knowledge and instructions when supplied. As he is the youngest member of our company, what he lacks in experience he gains and exceeds with his hunger and eagerness to learn.

Roble Aden

Roble is one of our upcoming Podcast Personalities.
Roble aka Blackrob is a graduate from the University of Connecticut with a in regional zoning and development, with hopes of working for the state. He enjoys discussing all sports from football to basketball to baseball and tennis. His overall knowledge of sports and current events helps him connect with the public and gain their feedback on an assortment of topics. He has a very easy time connecting with anyone who comes across him and is very eager to get the podcast up.

Natalie Fletcher

Natalie is our Chief Marketing Officer.
She is  a driven individual with a passion for Marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry /Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University. Obtaining the first experience with guerilla marketing for record labels and other entertainment companies in college  led  her with an opportunity to develop a  unique skill. With a nact for creativity and communication plus the ability to research, numerous projects began falling into her lap. Natalie has developed several plans and implemented various amounts of strategies for a broad range of businesses. What makes her tic, is turning lemons into lemonade; there’s never an issue too big as she will figure it out.

Crystal Baskerville

Crystal is our Marketing Adviser.
She has received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Florida A &M University, in addition to holding a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology. Soon we’ll all be addressing her as Dr. Baskerville as she is making steps to obtain her doctorate in Organizational Psychology where she can branch out within the marketing corporations. She has been a major contender with providing marketing communication and design services to a diverse number of customers including banks, local businesses, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to business development and customer relations management, she has been at the helm for her clients concept design, development and production projects. While working within her field Crystal has indulged in her passion of communication, consulting, and counseling.
